abstract |
A method for evaluating the effectiveness of an anti-aging cosmetic product, a method comprising: (A) providing a case comprising: (i) a transparent strip (2) provided with an adhesive on a surface thereof, the adhesive having sufficient adhesion to maintain a mark of fine lines and wrinkles after removing the strip from the skin; and (ii) an image forming substrate (8) with at least one area obscured to receive the transparent strip; (B) apply the cosmetic product to the skin; (C) place the adhesive surface of the strip against the skin treated with the cosmetic product in step (B); (D) remove the strip and place it against at least one of the darkened areas of the imaging substrate; and (E) repeat steps (C) and (D) in a future time, and then make a comparison of the models resulting from the first and second applications of the strip to the skin. |
