abstract | Hydrophobic salt of a stratified metal hydroxide, which is obtainable by means of a salt of a stratified metal hydroxide, which has trivalent, divalent and possibly monovalent metal cations, and one or more organic anions A of the formula (I) ( See formula) in which X means hydrogen, hydroxy, carboxy, sulfate or sulfo; Y means carboxy, sulfate or sulfo, and R means an aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, heterocycloaliphatic, olefinic, cycloolefinic, heterocycloolefinic, aromatic, heteroaromatic, araliphatic or heteroaraliphatic radical with 2 to 50 C atoms, in which one or more substituents may be contained taken from the group consisting of hydroxy, amino, halogen, C1-C22 alkyl, C1-C22 alkoxy, (C1-C22 alkylene) - (CO) -O- (CH2CH2O) 0-50-alkyl, (C1 alkylene -C22) - (CO) -O- (CH2CH2O) 0-50-halogen-alkyl, carboxy, sulfo, nitro or cyano, is added in dispersion, with intense thorough mixing, one or more hydrophobic compounds taken of the set formed by the waxes or the metallic soaps, in a proportion of 0.2 to 200% by weight, referred to the metal hydroxide salt, and eventually, the liquid medium is removed, dried and isolated as a powder , the metallic soap being a compound taken from the set of di-, tri-o tet metal salts ravalent C7-C43 carboxylic acids, C8-C44 sulphonates, C8-C44 sulfates, C8-C44 phosphates, saturated or unsaturated, acid waxes, partially esterified acid waxes, partially esterified ester waxes or oxidized waxes of PE, or a compound taken from the group of the di-, tri- or tetravalent metal salts of C8-C44 alkyl ether sulfates, C8-C44 alkyl amido ether sulfates, C8-C44 aralkyl sulphonates ( meaning aryl one of C6-C12 and alkyl one of C1-C32), C8-C44 alkyl ether sulphosuccinates, C8-C44 N-alkyl sulfo-succinamates, C8-C44 acyl glutamates, isethionates of C8-C44 fatty acids, C8-C44 fatty acid methyl taurides and C8-C44 fatty acid sarcosides. |
