A compound of formula I, (See formula) in which A is a direct bond or the divalent alkylene moiety (C1-C6); B is a divalent methylene moiety, where the methylene moiety is unsubstituted or is substituted by a moiety of the alkyl (C1-C8) and cycloalkyl (C3-C6) -alkyl (C1-C4) series; E is R 10 CO, HO-CH2 or R 8 CO-O-CH2; R is hydrogen, methyl or ethyl, where all the R moieties are independent of each other and the R moieties can be the same or different; R 1 is hydrogen or (C1-C10) alkyl which may be optionally monosubstituted or fluorinated polysubstituted; R 3 is hydrogen, (C1-C8) alkyl which may be optionally substituted with 1 to 6 fluorine atoms, optionally substituted aryl (C6-C10), aryl (C6-C10) -alkyl (C1-C8) which is optionally substituted in the aryl, optionally substituted heteroaryl, heteroaryl (C1-C6) alkyl radical which is optionally substituted in the heteroaryl, (C3-C8) cycloalkyl or (C3-C8) -cycloalkyl (C1-C6) alkyl radical; R 8 is hydrogen, (C1-C6) alkyl or phenyl (C1-C4) alkyl which is optionally substituted on the phenyl moiety; R 10 is hydroxy, (C1-C8) alkoxy, aryl (C6-C10) -alkoxy (C1-C6) optionally substituted on the aryl moiety, aryl (C6-C10) - optionally substituted oxy, (C1-C6) alkyl - carbonyloxy-C1-C6 alkoxy or C1-C6 alkoxycarbonyloxy-C1-C6 alkoxy; R 13 is hydrogen or (C1-C6) alkyl which may be optionally monosubstituted or fluorinated polysubstituted; R 30 is one of the residues R 32 (R) N-CO-N (R) -R 31 and R 32 (R) N-CS-N (R) -R 31; R 31 is the divalent moiety -R 33 -R 34 -R 35 -, where R 35 is attached to the nitrogen atom in the imidazolidine ring of formula I; R 32 is optionally substituted aryl (C6-C10); R 33 is a direct bond or a divalent (C1-C4) alkylene moiety; R 34 is a divalent, optionally substituted arylene (C6-C10) moiety; R 35 is a direct bond or a divalent (C1-C4) alkylene moiety; e and h, independently of one another, are 0 or 1; in all its stereoisomeric forms and mixtures thereof in all relationships, and its physiologically tolerated salts. |
