Compounds of general formula: characterized in that: R1 is (C1-6) alkyl; R2 is halogen or -OR ''; R3 is hydrogen or -OR ''; R '' is hydrogen, (C1-6) alkyl or -SO2R "; R" is (C1-6) alkyl, halogenoalkyl (C1-6), aryl or heteroaryl, wherein said aryl or heteroaryl groups are optionally substituted by a group selected from (C1-6) alkyl, halogens, halogenoalkyl (C1-6), cyano, nitro, alkylsulfonyl (C1-6) and alkylsulfonylamino (C1-6); R4 is (C1-6) alkyl, aryl, heterocyclyl or hetero-aryl, wherein said aryl, heterocyclyl or heteroaryl groups are optionally substituted by one or two groups selected from the group consisting of (C1-6) alkyl, halogen, halogenoalkyl (C1-6), alkoxy (C1-6), cyano, amino, mono- or di-alkylamino (C1-6), nitro, alkylsulfonyl (C1-6), alkylcarbonyl (C1-6), urea, alkylcarbonylamino (C1 -6), alkylsulfonylamino (C1-6), alkylaminosulfonyl (C1-6), alkoxycarbonyl (C1-6), heterocyclyl and heteroaryl, or -NR5R6; and R5 and R6 are, independently of one another, hydrogen, (C1-6) alkyl, aryl or heterocyclyl; wherein said aryl or heterocyclyl groups are optionally substituted by (C1-6) alkyl, halogen, halogenoalkyl (C1-6), cyano, alkoxy (C1-6) or alkylsulfonyl (C1-6); and "aryl" the monovalent aromatic carbocyclic radical consisting of an individual ring, one or more fused rings wherein at least one ring is aromatic in nature, or individual isomers, a racemic or non-racemic mixture of isomers, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates Acceptable of them. |
