titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR THE INDUSTRIAL USE OF TIROSOL AND HYDROXYTIROSOL CONTAINED IN THE SOLID SUBPRODUCTS OF THE INDUSTRIAL MOLTURATION OF THE OLIVE.
abstract Industrial use procedure ofnTyrosol and hydroxytyrosol contained in the solid by-products ofnthe industrial milling of the olive that allows thenutilization of the natural biophenols tyrosol and hydroxytyrosolncontained in the industrial by-products resulting from thenmilling and processing of the olive, whether fromnpresses, three phases or two phases and their pomace and pomace.nThis method of exploitation leads to obtaining with purityngreater than 90%, of the mixture of both biophenols, with somenyields between 0.1 and 1.5%, depending on thenProduct and processed raw material. Fundamentally it consists ofnselective extractions and fractionation of the resulting mixturesnby solvents.
