PROCEDURE FOR THE PREVENTION OR REDUCTION OF THE ALUMINOSILICATE SCALE IN INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES. |
abstract |
Procedure for the prevention or reduction ofnthe aluminosilicate scale in industrial processes.n n n The present invention relates both tonmaterials as a method where polymers with less 0.5%nmolar in the pending group or to the terminal group that containsn- -If (OR '') 3 (where R '' is H, an alkyl group,nNa, K or NH4) are used to control at scalenaluminosilicates in an industrial process that has a process ofnalkaline current as the current of the reduction process ofngrinding. When matters of the present invention are added to thenprocess alkaline current, these reduce and even preventncompletely forming the aluminosilicate scale innequipment surfaces such as the walls of an evaporator andnheating surfaces. The present subjects are effective innthe concentrations that make economically practical tonprocess. |
