Triazole compounds of the general formula I in which R1 means H, alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, which is substituted, if appropriate, by OH, by O-alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, by halogen or by phenyl, means cycloalkyl with 3 to 6 carbon atoms or phenyl; R2 means H, alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, which is substituted, if appropriate, by OH, by O-alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, by halogen or by phenyl, means alkoxy with 1 to 6 atoms of carbon, alkylthio with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkenyl with 2 to 6 carbon atoms, alkynyl with 2 to 6 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl with 3 to 6 carbon atoms, halogen, CN, COOR3, CONR3R4, NR3R4, SO2R3, SO2NR3R4 or an aromatic moiety, chosen from phenyl, naphthyl and a heterocyclic moiety with 5 or 6 members, with 1, with 2, with 3 or with 4 heteroatoms, which can be independently selected from each other between O, N and S, being able to present the aromatic moiety, one or two substituents, which may be chosen, independently from each other, from alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, which is substituted, if appropriate, by OH, by O-alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, by halogen or phenyl, alkoxy with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkenyl with 2 to 6 carbon atoms, alkynyl with 2 to 6 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl with 3 to 6 carbon atoms, halogen, CN, COR3, NR3R4, NO2, SO2R3, SO2NR3R4 and phenyl, which is substituted, if appropriate, by one or two residues, which may be chosen, independently from each other, from alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkoxy with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, NR3R4, CN, CF3, CHF2 or halogen; R3 and R4 mean, independently of each other, H, alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, which is substituted, if appropriate, by OH, by O-alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, by halogen or by phenyl, or they mean phenyl; A means alkylene with 4 to 10 carbon atoms or means alkylene with 3 to 10 carbon atoms, comprising at least one Z group, which is chosen from O, S, CONR3, COO, CO, cycloalkyl with 3 to 6 carbon atoms and a double bond or a triple bond; B means a remainder of the following formulas (a) or (b): X means CH2 or CH2CH2; Y means CH2; R6 and R7 are chosen, independently from each other, from H, alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, which is substituted, if appropriate, by halogen, OH, alkoxy with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkenyl with 2 to 6 atoms carbon, halogen, CN, NO2, SO2R3, SO2NR3R4, CONR3R4, NHSO2R3 and NR3R4; as well as its salts with physiologically acceptable acids. |
