abstract | A quinolyl propyl piperidine derivative, characterized in that it responds to the general formula: for which: R1 is a hydrogen or halogen atom or a hydroxy, amino, alkoxylamino, dialkoylamino, hydroxyamino, alkoxylamino or alkoxy amino alkoxy radical, R2 represents a carboxy, carboxymethyl or hydroxymethyl radical, R 3 represents an alkyl radical (1 to 6 carbon atoms) substituted by a phenyl radical which can itself carry 1 to 4 substituents [chosen from halogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, alkoxy, trifluoromethyl , trifluoromethoxy, carboxy, alkyloxycarbonyl, cyano or amino], by a cycloalkylthio radical whose cyclic part contains 3 to 7 bonds, or by an aromatic heterocycloylthio radical of 5 to 6 bonds comprising 1 to 4 heteroatoms chosen from nitrogen, the oxygen or sulfur and eventually substituted by [halogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, alkoxy, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, oxo, carboxy, alkoxycarbonyl, cyano or amino], and R4 represents an alkyl radical (containing from 1 to 6 carbon atoms), alkenyl-CH2- or alkynyl-CH2- (whose alkenyl or alkynyl parts contain from 2 to 6 carbon atoms), cycloalkoyl or cycloalcoyl alkoxy (whose cycloalkoyl part contains from 3 to 8 carbon atoms), it being understood that the alkyl radicals and portions are straight or branched chain and contain (unless special mention), 1 to 4 carbon atoms, under their diastereoisomeric forms or their mixtures and / or their cis or trans forms, as well as their salts. |
