abstract An electromagnetic relay, comprising: a horizontally oriented electromagnet block (30), formed by winding a coil (33) around a cylinder (41) of an iron core (40), which is shaped substantial U, as seen from the front; and a fragment (60) of movable iron, in which one end (63) is rotatably supported by a pole (45) of the magnetic poles (44, 45) of the iron core (40), and the other end (61) is opposite to the other pole (44) of the magnetic poles of the iron core, so that the other end of the movable iron fragment can be attracted to the other pole of the magnetic poles, in order to move a card vertically ( 70) through the other end of the rotating mobile iron fragment, in accordance with the activation and deactivation of the electromagnet block, and therefore being able to open and close a contact, characterized in that: the first coil terminal (50) that connects with one of the coil extension lines, it is arranged in proximity to the other end (61) of the mobile iron fragment (60) of the card; and the second coil terminal (55) has a connecting member (58) extending from an intermediate part of the second coil terminal in a horizontal direction, which bends toward the electromagnet block, with the other of the coil extension lines, attached to the connecting member, which is further arranged below the electromagnet block (30). 10
