abstract | Automatic real-time analyzer system,nof the concentration of live microorganisms in liquids.n n n The system in invention comprises a sequence of use of the suction and discharge means of the analyzed liquids, of the reagents that it uses and a reverse osmosis system to generate in situ the water of the quality required in various phases of the invention. It also uses automatic measurement systems for dissolved oxygen concentration, and for processing, transmission, exposure and storage of the data produced. The measurement of the concentration of microorganisms is carried out by causing a chemical reaction catalyzed by an enzyme of those microorganisms, and measuring the evolution of that reaction, which turns out to be proportional to the concentration of microorganisms in the analyzed samples. |
