titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR CONCENTRATION OF A STERILIZER OF ARTICLES WITH THE SAME.
abstract A method of providing concentrated hydrogen peroxide vapor to an article comprising the steps of: placing the article in a main chamber (30, 50, 70) containing an internal atmosphere; placing a solution comprising hydrogen peroxide and water in an evaporation chamber (38, 58, 78), said evaporation chamber being in fluid communication with the main chamber (30, 50, 70), and said communication being fluid (44 , 60, 82/84) between the main chamber and the evaporation chamber restricted to diffusion; evaporate the solution in the evaporation chamber (38, 58, 78) to form water vapor and hydrogen peroxide vapor; selectively extracting water vapor from the main chamber (30, 50, 70) to increase the ratio of hydrogen peroxide to water in the main chamber (30, 50, 70); and bring the object into contact with the hydrogen peroxide vapor.
