THIOGLYCOSID PHOSPHINITES, PREPARATION AND USE PROCEDURE AS NEW LINKS IN ASYMMETRICAL CATALYSIS. |
abstract |
Thioglycoside phosphites, procedure ofnpreparation and use as new ligands in catalysisnasymmetricn n n A new synthetic process is described for thenpreparation of sulfur / phosphorus bidentate ligands (S / P) fromncarbohydrates The new compounds obtained are derived fromnthioglycosides, with a sulfur atom in an anomeric position and sonboth are of the thioacetal type and not of the thioether type. They describenalso catalytic processes and catalyst composition fornallylic alkylation and amination, as well as for hydrogenationnasymmetric In all the catalytic processes developed you cannselectively obtain one isomer or another using in allnsugar cases of the D series. The processes use catalysts innwhose composition is a palladium or rhodium atom and a phosphitenthioglycoside, where the carbohydrate structure determines whether thenconfiguration of the new chiral center created will be S or R. |
