Procedure to obtain nanoparticlesncrystals of insoluble compounds. Device for putting inn industrial marchn n n The present invention relates to anformation procedure of crystalline nanoparticles ofninsoluble compounds of controllable size and composition, whichnthey can be deposited in substrates of industrial interest, and atndevice for industrial startup. This inventionnhas the advantage, compared to others described so far, ofnthat crystalline nanoparticles are obtained in a single step. Henprocedure is based on fragmentation in droplets of sizesndefaults of a conductive solution, which is formed fromnof the mixture of two other liquid precursor solutions thatncontain ions with a temperature solubility productnvery low environment (Kps <10-2), using forcesnelectrohydrodynamics These solutions are made to flownconcentrically and separately to the base of a cone ofnTaylor, where they mix turbulently as they travel to thenvertex of the cone and crystallize in the process in nanoparticles. |
