abstract | Procedure for the purification of crude caprolactam that was obtained 1) transforming a mixture (I) containing 6- aminocapronitrile and water into a mixture (II) containing caprolactam, ammonia, water, high boiling products and low point products of boiling, in the presence of a catalyst, then 2) removing ammonia from the mixture (II) under obtaining a mixture (III) containing caprolactam, water, high boiling products and low boiling products, a continued 3) removing from the mixture (III) water completely or partially under obtaining a crude caprolactam (IV) containing caprolactam, high boiling products and low boiling products, characterized in that a) the raw caprolactam and a inorganic acid, which has a boiling point above the boiling point of caprolactam under distillation conditions according to the following pa sos b) ah), even distillation device K1, b) are fed into the first distillation device K1, the crude caprolactam and inorganic acid are distilled, the distillation device K1 being removed from a first partial stream in the tail area , and a second partial stream in the head area, c) the second partial stream of step b) being fed to a second distillation device K2, d) the second partial stream of step b) distilled in the second distillation device K2 , the first partial current in the tail zone and a second partial current in the head area being removed from the distillation device K2, e) the first partial current of step d) being fed to a third distillation device K3, f) the first partial stream of step d) being distilled in the third distillation device K3, a first partial stream of the tail zone being removed from the distillation device K3 and purified caprolactam in the head area, and g) the first partial stream of step f) being fed to the first distillation device K1. |
