titleOfInvention | PIRIDOPIRIMIDINONA COMPOUNDS, ITS PREPARATION PROCEDURE AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING THEM. |
abstract | Compound of formula (I), (See formula) where: ~ R1 and R2, identical or different, represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or together with the nitrogen atom that carries them a heterocycle, ~ R3 represents an atom of halogen, an alkoxy group, an optionally substituted aryl group or an NR¿1R¿2 group, representing R¿1 and R¿2, identical or different, a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or together form with the nitrogen atom which carries them a heterocycle, ~ R4 represents a hydrogen atom or a group NR1R2, representing R1 and R2, identical or different, a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or together with the atom of nitrogen carried by a heterocycle, its enantiomers, diastereoisomers, tautomers, as well as its addition salts of a pharmaceutically acceptable acid or base, it being understood that: - the term alkyl designates a linear or branched hydrocarbon chain, comprising from 1 to 8 atoms carbon, - the term "alkoxy" refers to an alkyloxy group whose alkyl chain, linear or branched, contains from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, - the term aryl designates a phenyl or naphthyl group, - the term heterocycle designates a mono or bicyclic system, comprising 5 to 11 carbon atoms, and which may contain, in addition to the nitrogen atom to which R1, R2, R¿1, R¿2 or R¿1, R2, are attached, one or two different heteroatoms selected from oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen, this heterocyclic system being able to be substituted with one, two or three alkyl groups, - the substituted term attributed to the aryl group means that the phenyl or naphthyl groups are substituted with one, two or three groups, identical or different, selected from halogen atoms, alkyl, alkoxy, polyhaloalkyl and hydroxyl groups, it being understood that polyhaloalkyl means a straight or branched carbon chain containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms and 1 at 7 halogen atoms. |
