Substituted Indoles of the general formula I, where R1, R2, R3 and R4, the same or different, represent a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated (C1-10) aliphatic group, or a saturated or unsaturated (C3-7) cycloaliphatic group, each of the aforementioned groups may be optionally linked by means of an ether bridge; or represent hydrogen, a halogen or a hydroxyl group, R5 represents hydrogen, a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated (C1-10) aliphatic group, or a saturated or unsaturated (C3-7) cycloaliphatic group, an aryl or heteroaryl group, wherein the aryl or heteroaryl group may be optionally linked by means of a (C 1-6) alkylene group; or represents a substituted sulfonyl group or a group of formula COR7, where R7 has the meaning indicated below, R6 represents a group of formula ¿COR7 where R7 has the meaning indicated below, R7 represents an OR8 group, where group R8 has the meaning indicated below, R8 represents hydrogen or a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated (C1-10) aliphatic group, A represents a bridge with one of the following formulas: ¿(CH2) 2¿ or ¿(CH2) nNR1¿¿ , where n represents 0, 1, 2 or 3, R1 does it have the meaning indicated below and the link to group X is always indicated at the end, and X represents the next group, where the free link symbolizes the connection to bridge A R1 Does it represent hydrogen or a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated (C1-10) aliphatic group, optionally in the form of its racemates, its pure stereoisomers, in particular enantiomers or diastereomers, or in the form of a mixture of stereoisomers, in particular of enantiomers or diastereomers, in any mixing ratio, or each in the form of its acids or bases or in the form of its salts, especially physiologically acceptable salts, or in the form of its solvates, especially hydrates. |
