titleOfInvention | SOLUBLE OVOALBUMINE ADUCT WITH TRIVALENT IRON POLIALCOHOLIC COMPLEXES AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING IT. |
abstract | Ovalbumin Soluble Adduct with Complexesnpolyhydric trivalent iron and method for itsnobtaining.n n n These are water-soluble adducts with monosaccharide polyol complexes with trivalent iron with soluble and desensitized ovalbumin for the formation of pharmaceutical or veterinary compositions together with acceptable excipients, or dietary compositions together with other optional additives, used for the treatment of iron deficiency states in people or animals; the polyalcohol being a compound that contains more than one hydroxyl group and that is capable of forming complexes with iron (III), ovalbumin has undergone a thermal, alkaline, enzymatic and oxidative process for its solubilization and purification, without affecting mostly its molecular weight, while destroying undesirable impurities and allergy and immunotoxicity phenomena, the adduct is obtained by mixing the solution of the ferric complex with the treated ovalbumin solution. |
