A pyrimidone derivative represented by formula (I) or one of its salts, or one of its solvates or one of its hydrates: in which R1 represents a C1-C12 alkyl group that can be substituted; R represents any one of the groups represented by formulas (II) to (V) in which R2 and R3 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-C8 alkyl group; R4 represents a benzene ring that can be substituted, a naphthalene ring that can be substituted, an indane ring that can be substituted, a tetrahydronaphthalene ring that can be substituted, or an optionally substituted heterocyclic ring that has 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected within the group formed by oxygen atom, sulfur atom and nitrogen atom, and which has a total of 5 to 10 constituent atoms of the ring; R5 represents a C1-C8 alkyl group that can be substituted, a C3-C8 cycloalkyl group that can be substituted, a benzene ring that can be substituted, a naphthalene ring that can be substituted, an indane ring that can be substituted, a tetrahydronaphthalene ring that can be substituted, or an optionally substituted heterocyclic ring having 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of oxygen atom, sulfur atom and nitrogen atom, and having a total of 5 to 10 constituent atoms of the ring; R6 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-C8 alkyl group that can be substituted, a benzene ring that can be substituted; or R5 and R6 can be linked together to form, together with the carbon to which R5 and R6 are linked, an optionally substituted spirocarbocyclic ring having a total of 3 to 11 constituent atoms of the ring; R7 and R8 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-C8 alkyl group, or R7 and R8 can combine with each other to form a C2-C6 alkylene group. |
