abstract | THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES A METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE CONCENTRATION OF A POLYMER FOR WATER TREATMENT OF SOLUBLE BOILERS IN WATER LOADED ONLY IN A BOILER WATER SYSTEM. THE BOILER WATER SYSTEM INCLUDES A WATER POWER SUPPLY SOURCE TO THE SYSTEM AS A FIRST PARAMETER OF THE SYSTEM, A PURGE CURRENT SOURCE OF THE SYSTEM AS A SECOND PARAMETER OF THE SAME, AS WELL AS A SOURCE OF POLYMERS SOLUBLE IN THE WATER OF THE BOILERS AS THIRD PARAMETER OF THE SYSTEM. THE SOLUBLE POLYMER SUFFERS A HYDROTHERMAL REACTION IN THE OPERATING CONDITIONS OF THE BOILER WATER SYSTEM. THE SOLUBLE POLYMER CONTAINS AT LEAST 0.01% MER RADICAL UNITS SPECTROPHOTOMETRICALLY UNITED TO THE POLYMER CHAIN. THE METHOD INCLUDES THE STAGES: A) MEASURE AT LEAST A SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SOLUBLE POLYMER CONTAINED IN A BOILER WATER SAMPLE; B) CONVERT THE CHARACTERISTICS IN AN ELECTRICAL SIGNAL CORRESPONDING TO LACONCENTRATION OF SOLUBLE POLYMER IN THE WATER OF CALDERAS; C) COMPARE THE ELECTRICAL SIGNAL CORRESPONDING TO THE CONCENTRATION OF THE SOLUBLE POLYMER IN THE BOILER WATER WITH AN ELECTRICAL SIGNAL CORRESPONDING TO THE DESIRED CONCENTRATION OF THE SOLUBLE POLYMER IN THE BOILER WATER; AND BELOW, D) DETERMINE THE GAIN OR LOSS OF SOLUBLE POLYMER IN CALDERAS WATER. |
