A compound of the formula (I): in which: R3, R4, R5 and R6 independently from each other are chosen from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, trihalo alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, hetero aryl, heteroalicyclic , hydroxy, alkoxy, aryloxy, mercapto, alkylthio, arylthio, sulfinyl, sulfonyl, S-sulfonamido, N-sulfonamido, trihalomethane-sulfonamido, carbonyl, C-carboxy, O-carboxy, C-amido, N-amido, cyano, nitro , halogen, O-carba milo, N-carbamyl, O-thiocarbamyl, N-thiocarbamyl, amino and -NR11R12, in which R11 and R12 independently from each other are chosen from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, alkyl, aryl cycle , carbonyl, acetyl, sulfonyl and nosulphonyl trifluorometa, or R11 and R12 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a five or six link heteroalicyclic ring, with the proviso that at least two of R3, R4, R5 and R6 are hydrogen; or R3 and R4, R4 and R5, or R5 and R6 together form a six-link aryl ring, a methylenedioxy group or an ethylenedioxy group; R7 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, chyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, hetero aryl, heteroalicylic, hydroxy, alkoxy, aryloxy, carbonyl, acetyl, C-amido, C-thioamido, amidino, C-carboxy, O-carboxy, sulfonyl and trihalomethane-sulfonyl; R8, R9 and R10 independently of each other are chosen from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, trihaloalkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, roalicyclic hete, hydroxy, alkoxy, aryloxy, mercapto, alkylthio, arylthio, sulfinyl, sulfonyl , S-sulfonamido, N-sulfonamido, carbonyl, C-carboxy, O-carboxy, cyano, nitro, halogen, O-carbamyl, N-carbamyl, O-thiocarbamyl, N-thiocarbamyl, C-amido, N-amido, amino and -NR11R12, in which R11 and R12 have the meanings defined above; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. |
