abstract 3-Indoxil phosphate as substratenof peroxidases.n n n 3-indoxy phosphate is oxidizednin the presence of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) by waternoxygenated (H2O2) to indigo blue, aromatic heterocycleninsoluble in aqueous medium. Through quantification, priornsolubilization or not, of indigo blue, it is possible to measure thenperoxidase activity. The fact that alkaline phosphatase andnHRP can use the same enzyme substraten(3-indoxy phosphate) and generate the same productn(indigo blue) implies the use of the same instrumentationnanalytical for the quantification of both enzymes. This inventionnIt is particularly useful in the unification of reagents andnnecessary instrumentation for the development of ELISA tests, ofnapplication to the clinical analysis sector.
