A compound of ** formula ** in which, each R1 independently represents halogen, cyano, nitro, carboxyl, hydroxyl, C3C6 cycloalkyl, C1C6 alkoxy, C1C6 alkoxycarbonyl, C1C6 haloalkyl, C1 haloalkoxy C6, NR9R10, C3C6 cycloalkylamino, C1C6 alkylthio, C1C6 alkylcarbonyl, C1C6 alkylcarbonylamino, sulfonamido, C1C6 alkylsulfonyl, C (O) NR11R12, -NR13C (O ) - (NH) pR14, phenyl, or C1C6 alkyl optionally substituted with carboxyl or C1C6 alkoxycarbonyl; p is 0 or 1; X represents an oxygen or sulfur atom, or a CH2, CH (CH3), OCH2, CH2O, CH2NH, NH or carbonyl group, and Y represents a nitrogen atom or a CH or C (OH) group, with the proviso that when X represents an oxygen or sulfur atom or a CH2O, CH2NH or NH group, then Y represents a CH group; Z1 represents a bond or a group (CH2) q, in which q is 1 or 2; Z2 represents a link or a CH2 group, with the proviso that Z1 and Z2 do not both simultaneously represent a link; Q represents an oxygen or sulfur atom, or a CH2 or NH group; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof. |
