A compound of formula I: wherein: X is C1-6 alkylene, or C2-6 alkenylene, each of which is optionally substituted with one or more fluorine atoms, R is aryl, C3-8 cycloalkyl or C5 cycloalkenyl - 8 optionally substituted with one or more fluorine atoms; W is N or Cz, Z is H or C1-C4 alkyl optionally substituted with halogen, X1 is H or C1-C4 alkyl, Y1 is: C1-C4 alkyl, optionally with aryl, or with one or more halogen atoms, with the condition that when Y1 is methyl, X1 is not H, or Y1 is aryl, a mono or bicyclic non-aromatic carbocyclic or heterocyclic moiety that contains up to 10 atoms in the ring and that can include up to 3 heteroatoms in the ring, selected independently between N, O and S, said moiety in the ring is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from halogen, C1-C4 alkoxy or C1-C4 alkyl optionally substituted with one or more halogens. "Aryl" a mono or bicyclic non-aromatic heterocyclic or carbocyclic or heterocyclic containing up to 10 atoms in the ring, and which may include up to 3 heteroatoms in the ring, selected from N, O and S, said moiety in the ring is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from halogen, C1-C4 alkoxy or C1-C4 alkyl optionally substituted with halogen, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates (including hydrates) thereof. |
