THIS INVENTION RELATES TO A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION WITH A CONTROLLED DRUG RELEASE INDEX. THE COMPOSITION CONSISTS OF A MATRIX FORMED BY THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS: (A) A BIODEGRADABLE, BIOCOMPATIBLE, HIGHLY MOLECULAR SUBSTANCE AND / OR POLIVALENT METAL IONS OR A SOURCE OF POLIVAL METAL IONS AND; (B) Hyaluric acid or a salt of the same and a drug incorporated as an ingredient (C) to the aforementioned MATRIX. THE COMPOSITION IS BIODEGRADABLE AND BIOCOMPATIBLE AND ALLOWS EASY CONTROL OF THE PHARMACUS RELEASE INDEX AND CAN PERSISTENTLY SHOW ITS PHARMACOLOGICAL EFFECT DURING A PROLONGED TIME PERIOD. |
