Compounds of general formula (I) in which R 1 represents NH 2 or NHCO-C 1-6 alkyl; R2 represents a residue of formula R3NCOR4, which is attached to the rest of the molecule through the nitrogen atom, and in which R3 and R4, together with the amide group to which they are attached, form a five to seven member heterocycle that it may be saturated or partially unsaturated, if necessary, it may contain another heteroatom of the group of N, O, S, and may have one to five other substituents of the group of oxo, C1-6 alkyl, hydroxy, hydroxyalkyl-C1- 6, halogen or it may be condensed with an aryl-C6-10 ring or with a cycloalkyl-C3-8 ring, in which, if necessary, two carbon atoms are linked together by an oxygen atom; as well as its salts, isomers and hydrates. |
