Henprocedure for obtaining the antiserum comprises obtainingnthe recombinant CVYV CP protein, by expression in anhost cell, (ii) optionally, purification of said proteinnRecombinant CVYV CP obtained in (i), e (iii) Immunization ofnmammals or other animals or animal cells bynuse of said CVYV recombinant CP protein and the subsequentnobtaining the sera of said animals or the supernatants ofncell culture containing the aforementioned antibodies. Thengenetic constructions necessary to obtain thenCVYV recombinant CP protein are also part of the presentninvention.
