abstract | Process for obtaining acid addition salts of the compounds of the formula I, in which R1, R2 and R3 mean, independently of each other, alkyl with 1 to 12 carbon atoms, characterized in that, in a stage A, they transform the compounds of the formula II in which R1 and R2 have the aforementioned meaning and X means F, Cl, Br, alkyl or aryl sulfonate or perfluoroalkyl sulfonate, according to usual methods, in the esters of the formula III in that R1, R2 and X have the meaning indicated above and R4 means alkyl with 1 to 10 carbon atoms and these are reacted, in a step B, in the presence of alkylsulphinate, to give the compounds of formula IV in which R1, R2, R3 and R4 have the meaning indicated above, the compounds, thus obtained, of the formula IV are transformed, in a step C, by reaction with guanidine in the corresponding compounds of the formula I and these are treated, in a step D, with an acid suitable for the formation of the acid addition salt. |
