abstract The invention relates to a Descemet membrane scleroqueraectomy implant designed to adjust the Descemet membrane and flat connective tissue (during a surgical treatment of glaucoma), manufactured with cross-linked hyaluronic acid and substantially in the form of a polyhedron with at least five faces, advantageously substantially the shape of a polyhedron with five or six faces. In preferred embodiments, said implant is in the form of a prism, advantageously regular, with a triangular or parallelepiped base, advantageously regular and preferably rectangular.
