abstract The invention relates to an implant for deep sclerotomy for drainage of an aqueous humor during the surgical treatment of glaucoma. The invention is characterized in that said implant is manufactured with cross-linked hyaluronic acid and has substantially the shape of a polyhedron with at least five faces, and advantageously the shape of a five or six-sided polyhedron. In a preferred embodiment, said implant is substantially in the form of a prism, advantageously regular with a trapezoidal base.
