A tissue paper having a lotion composition containing 5% or less of water, wherein said lotion composition comprises: (a) at least one antimicrobial which is an organic acid having antiviral activity, wherein said organic acid having antiviral activity is preferably selected from the group consisting of saturated, unsaturated and aromatic C1 to C12 carboxylic acids having 1 to 4 carboxylic acid groups and having at least one hydroxyl group substituted on the C2 alpha carbon, C1 to carboxylic acids C12 saturated, unsaturated and aromatic that have 1 to 4 carboxylic acid groups and that have at least one hydroxyl group substituted on the C3 beta carbon, saturated C1, C12 carboxylic acids, unsaturated and aromatic that have 1 to 4 carboxylic acid groups and having one (some) hydroxyl group (s) substituted on the C4 carbon (s) or higher, and mixtures thereof; (b) at least one hydrophilic solvent; (c) at least one skin conditioning agent in which said skin conditioning agent is selected from the group consisting of petroleum ester type petroleum conditioning agents, fatty alcohol type conditioning agents, dimethicones and functionalized derivatives of said dimethicones, liposomes, whale white, squalene, cholesterol, waxes, fatty acids, ethers of fatty alcohols having a fatty chain consisting of 12 to 28 carbon atoms, stearic acid, propoxylated fatty alcohols, glycerides, acetoglycerides, glycerides toxins of C12 to C28 fatty acids, fatty esters of polyhydric alcohols, lanolin and its derivatives, silicone and polyether copolymers, polysiloxanes and their derivatives and mixtures of any of said conditioning agents, and (d) at least one hydrophilic surfactant; wherein said lotion composition is applied to at least one surface of said tissue paper in an amount in the range of 2% to 40% by weight dry tissue paper, preferably wherein said lotion composition is semi-solid or solid to 20 ° C |
