abstract Crystalline S-mercapto-benzo-thiazolyl ester of {{}} aminothiazol-4-yl {-2 - {(} tertbutoxycarbonylmethoxyimino {acetic acid in the form of a solvate of N, N-dimethylacetamide; a crystalline salt of an acid 7- {[} 2 - {(} aminothiazol-4-yl {-2- {(} carboxymethoxyimino {acetamido {]} -3-vinyl-3-cefem-4-carboxylic acid with an amine of formula N (R {sub, 1 }) (R {sub, 2}) (R {sub, 3}), in which R {sub, 1}, R {sub, 2} and R {sub, 3} have several meanings, a crystalline salt of addition of sulfuric acid of a 7 - {[} 2 - {(} 2- aminothiazol-4-yl {-2-carboxymethoxyimino {acetamido {]} - 3-vinyl-3- cefem-4-carboxylic acid; and use of these salts in the production of cefixime, for example, in the form of trihydrate.
