InnIn particular, the process according to the invention produces articles ofnsynthetic polyisoprene with resistance characteristicsntraction similar to those obtained in processes based onnsolvents that use natural rubber latex. The processnincludes an accelerator composition in the pre-cure phasencomprising a compound of dithiocarbamate, thiazole andnguanidine In a preferred embodiment, the composition of thenAccelerator comprises zinc diethyldithiocarbamate (ZDEC),nZinc 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (ZMBT) and guanidine fromndiphenyl (DPG) together with a stabilizer such as caseinatenof sodium. The invention also includes a polyisoprene product.nelastomeric manufactured according to the process, like a glovensurgical. |
