abstract 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8-hexahydropyrid [3 ¿, 4 ¿; 4, 5] thieno [2, 3- d] -pyrimidine 3-substi-tuidos of the formula I where R1 means a hydrogen atom , an alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an acetyl group, a phenylalkyl moiety with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, the aromatic compound being substituted, if appropriate, by halogen, alkyl groups with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, trifluoromethyl, hydroxy, alkoxy with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, amino, cyano or nitro, or meaning a phenylalcanone moiety, the phenyl group may be substituted by halogen, R2 means a phenyl, pyridyl, pyrimidinyl or pyrazinyl, mono- or substituted group by halogen atoms, alkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, hydroxy, alkoxy groups with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, amino, monomethylamino, dimethylamino, cyano or nitro, which may be condensed, if appropriate, with a benzene ring, which may be mono- or disubstituted, if necessary, by halogen atoms , alkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, hydroxy, trifluoromethyl, alkoxy with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, amino, cyano or nitro, and may, if appropriate, contain a nitrogen atom, or which may be condensed with a ring of 5 or 6 links, which may contain 1 to 2 oxygen atoms, A represents NH or an oxygen atom, Y is CH2, CH2-CH2, CH2-CH2-CH2 or CH2-CH, Z represents a nitrogen atom, a Carbon atom or CH, and the double-bond between Y and Z can also be, and n means the number 2, 3 or 4, as well as its physiologically compatible salts.
