titleOfInvention | INTERMEDIATE COMPOUNDS FOR OBTAINING ANTIHIPERTENSIVE ACTIVE PRINCIPLES AND CORRESPONDING PROCEDURES. |
abstract | Intermediate compounds for obtainingnantihypertensive active ingredients and proceduresncorresponding.n n n Intermediate compounds for obtainingnantihypertensive active ingredients and proceduresncorresponding. The new compound of general formula (II), wherenR is methyl, phenyl or 4-methylphenyl, is obtained bynsulfonic acid chloride reaction of formulanCl-SO_ {2} -R with the correspondingnalcohol in an inert solvent. By reaction of (II) withnammonia replaces the sulfonate groupn(-OSO2 -R) by the ammonium groupn(-NH_3 +). From the reaction medium they can be isolatednPharmaceutically acceptable amlodipine sulfonates (e.g.nmesylate, besylate, tosylate) without the need to isolate previouslynthe amlodipine, which entails important advantages. Yes, for himnon the contrary, the reaction medium is basified, it can be isolatednamlodipine (I) and subsequently transform it into other salts, such asnthe maleate. Amlodipine and its salts have applicabilitynindustrial as antihypertensive active ingredients.n n n n one |
