THE INVENTION REFERS TO A PREPARATION PROCEDURE FOR A ESTANOL MIXTURE AND ESTANOL FATTY ACID ESTERS, BY ESTERIFICATION OF PHYTOSTEROLS WITH A SOURCE OF FAT ACID FRACTIONS, SO THAT THE STERIFICATION DEGREE OF PHYTOSTEROLS IS COMPRESSED AND 85%, AND A REINFORCEMENT OF THE STEROL FAT ACID / STEROL FAT ACID MADE. SUCH PROCEDURE CAN BE CARRIED OUT IN ABSENCE OF SOLVENT, AND WHERE PREFERIBLY, THE FATTY ACID GROUPS OF THE ESTANOL FATTY ACID ESTERS ARE PRACTICALLY SATURATED FATTY ACID.
