The procedure is based on thenco-extrusion of a foamed sheet, arranged as a sandwichnamong two others with standard features, not foamed. Thenfoamed sheet presents the formation of multiple cellsninternal determinants of its lower weight. The procedure isndevelops by observing certain temperature conditions,naccording to a specific special profile, depending on the area of thenextruder in question. The foamed layer is obtained fromnhigh impact polystyrene and glass, with the addition of an agentnendothermic foaming agent based on acid derivativesncitrus and bicarbonate.
