titleOfInvention USE OF CO2 TO INCREASE THE CONCENTRATION OF SECONDARY METABOLITES IN PLANTS.
abstract Use of CO_2 to increase thenconcentration of secondary metabolites in plants.n n n The invention relates to the use ofnCO_2 to increase the metabolite concentration by weightnsecondary in leaves, bark, stems, branches, flowers or roots ofna plant. In particular the use of CO_2 allows to increasenthe concentration of secondary metabolites in the cortex of thenplant in more than 50%, even in more than 100% and, in the leavesnby more than 20%, even more than 25% compared to thenconcentration by weight of secondary metabolites in the cortex ornthe leaves of the plant before subjecting it to a supply ofnCO_2.
