TRACHOMATIS IS PRESENT AT THE SAMPLE THAT IS BEING TRIALED. USEFUL OLIGONUCLEOTIDES ARE EXHIBITED TO PERFORM THERMAL DISPLACEMENT TEST REACTIONS (EDH) IN THIS GEN. THE EXPOSED OLIGONUCLEOTIDES CAN BE USED IN AN ESSAY THAT IS SPECIFIC FOR ALL STRAINS OF C. TRACHOMATIS, AND THAT DOES NOT SHOW REACTIVITY CROSSED WITH THE GENOMES OF OTHER MICROORGANISMS, OR WITH HUMAN DNA.
