abstract | A POLISULFONE MEMBRANE TO PURIFY BLOOD IS DISCLOSED, WHICH HAS EXCELLENT COMPATIBILITY WITH THIS, AND THE MEMBRANE SUCH PRODUCTION PROCESS. THE MEMBRANE INCLUDES A PHASE WITH A POLYMER MIXTURE FORMED BY AN INTEGRATED COPOLYMER AND / OR A COPOLYMER SEQUENCED WITH A MOLECULAR WEIGHT OF 3 X 10 5 DALTONS OR MORE AND THAT CONTAINS (A) A HYDROPHILE SEGMENT AND (B) A HYDRO SEGMENT THAT DOES NOT HAVE POLISULPHONE) IN A TOTAL AMOUNT THAT GOES FROM 0.5 TO 30 PARTS PER WEIGHT UP TO 100 PARTS PER WEIGHT OF POLISULFONE, WITH A PROPORTION OF MONOMERO UNITS (A / B) BETWEEN SEGMENTS A AND B THAT GOES FROM 0, 5 TO 5. THE COPOLYMER IS PREFERREDLY AN INTEGRATED COPOLYMER IN WHICH THE HYDROPHYL SEGMENT IS A POLYVINROL PIRROLIDONE SEGMENT AND THE HYDROPHOBO SEGMENT IS A POLYSTYRENE SEGMENT. THE MEMBRANE CAN BE PREPARED BY APPLYING A MOISTURE FILM FORMATION PROCESS TO A VARNISH CONTAINING AN APPROPRIATE SOLVENT OF THE MIXED POLYMER, AS N, N - DIMETHYLETAMETAMIDE. THE MEMBRANE TO PURIFY BLOOD REDUCES THE INCOMODITY OF THE WASHING OF THE COAGULATED MEMBRANE DURING THE FILM FORMATION PROCESS AND ALLOWS THE RECOVERY OF THE SOLVENT FROM A COAGULATION SOLUTION IN A HIGH RECOVERY RATE BECAUSE THE COPOL MEMBRANA IS SUBSTANTIALLY NOT ELUDED IN THE WATER WITH WHICH IT CONTACTS DURING THE FILM AND WASHING FORMATION PROCESS. |
