abstract Procedure for the preparation of crystalline polymorphs of the sodium salt of fosinopril. A new procedure is described for the selective preparation of crystalline polymorphs A and B of fosinopril, especially polymorph A. The described procedure allows avoiding the use of significant amounts of water, which results in a lower risk of hydrolytic degradation of the active principle. .
