titleOfInvention CHEMERIC GEN UNDERSTANDING THE GENE OR cDNA OF FRUCTOKINASE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THERAPEUTIC APPROXIMATIONS TO HEREDITARY INTOLERANCE TO FRUCTOSE.
abstract Chimeric gene for the development of therapeutic approaches to hereditary fructose intolerance. It comprises a promoter linked to the fructokinase gene or cDNA. Said chimeric gene is inserted into a liver cell, allowing the expression of fructokinase. It also refers to a transgenic animal whose genome comprises said chimeric gene and developing, said transgenic animal, alterations associated with hereditary intolerance to fructose after administration of fructose, sorbitol or sucrose.
