IN A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT, A 2-METER-3-NITROANILINE DIAZON ION IS PROVIDED, WHICH HAS THE STRUCTURE: REACTIVE COMPOSITIONS INCLUDING DIAZON IONS ARE ALSO PROVIDED. THE REACTIVE COMPOSITIONS MAY BE IN LIQUID OR SOLID FORM, AND MAY ALSO INCLUDE OTHER COMPONENTS, SUCH AS STAMPS, VEHICLES AND SOLUBILIZERS. EQUALLY SALES ARE PROVIDED, INCLUDING THE DIAZON ION AND A CONTRAANION. PROCEDURES ARE ALSO PROVIDED FOR THE USE OF DIAZON IONS IN TESTS TO DETECT OR QUANTIFY BILIRRUBINE PRESENT IN A SAMPLE, FOR EXAMPLE A SAMPLE OF BODY FLUID. WITH THE USE OF THE TESTS, THE QUANTITY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT AND TOTAL BILIRRUBINE CAN BE DETECTED WITH PRECISION AND REPRODUCTIBILITY, AND OPTIONALLY COMPARE WITH THE PRESENCE OR ABSENCE OF ANY DISEASE SERIES OR DISORDERS LIVER, THE BILIARY VESICULA OR THE INTESTINE. WITH THE USE OF THE TESTS, A WIDE RANGE OF DIFFERENT SAMPLES OF BODY FLUIDS, SUCH AS URINE, PLASMA OR SERUM, CAN BE ANALYZED, THE INTERFERENCE IN THE TEST OF OTHER SAMPLE COMPONENTS IS REDUCED TO THE MAXIMUM.
