abstract Herbicidal synergistic composition and method for weed control. According to one embodiment, the composition comprises a compound of formula (I) and at least one compound selected from the compounds ametryn, atrazine, hexazinone, asulam, diuron, 2,4-D, halosulfuron and a compound of formula IV. The method comprises applying a herbicidally effective amount of said composition on crop plants or on their habitat.
