abstract THE INVENTION PROVIDES A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLYCARBONATE THAT HAS AN EQUALED COLOR, GOOD RETAINING AND STABILITY DURING MOLDING, SUCH AS THERMAL STABILITY AND STABILITY OF COLOR, AND TRANSPARENCY AND WATER RESISTANCE. THE METHOD IS CHARACTERIZED IN THAT a) A BASIC COMPOUND IS CONTAINED THAT CONTAINS NITROGEN AS A DISSOLVED OR DISPERSED CATALYST IN A MONOHIDROXIDE COMPOUND OR A WATER SOLUTION OF A MONOHIDROXIDE COMPOUND. THIS CATALYZING SOLUTION IS ADDED TO THE POLICONDENSATION REACTION SYSTEM IN THE FOUNDED STATE, AND AN AROMATIC DIHYDROXIDE COMPOUND AND A DIESTER OF CARBONIC ACID ARE EXPOSED TO A POLICONDENSATION IN THE FOUNDED STATE. IT IS PREFERRED TO USE A MONOHIDROXIDE COMPOUND PRODUCED AS A SUBPRODUCT OF A POLYCHONDENSATION REACTION BETWEEN AN AROMATIC DIHYDROXIDE COMPOUND AND A CARBONIC ACID DIESTER AS A MONOHIDROXIDE COMPOUND, AND IT IS PARFULLY PARTICULAR.
