titleOfInvention THENYLAZOLYLALCOXYETHANAMINES, THEIR PREPARATION AND THEIR APPLICATION AS MEDICINES.
abstract Thienylazolylalkoxyethanamines, their preparation and their application as medicines. Thienylazolylalkoxyethanamines (I) where R1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen or a lower alkyl radical; R2, R3 and R4 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl radical; and Az represents a 5-membered, N-methyl-substituted, nitrogenous aromatic heterocycle, containing one to three nitrogen atoms, have analgesic activity in mammals, including humans. Compounds (I) can be obtained, for example, by reacting a hydroxy-thienylazole derivative (IV) with a derivative of an appropriate N- (ethyl) amine. Compounds (IV) are useful synthesis intermediates of compounds (I). The compounds (I) have application in human and / or veterinary medicine.
