THE ALIPHATIC AMINO THAT HAS BETWEEN 24 AND 60 CARBON ATOMS SHOULD PREFERABLY BE A TERTIAL ALIPHATIC AMINO AND BE USED IN A QUANTITY OF 1X10 {SUP, -6} -1X10 {SUP, -1} MOLES FOR EACH MOL OF THE HYDROXIDE AROMATIC COMPOUND AND THE ALCALI METAL COMPOUND AND / OR THE ALKALINE EARTH METAL COMPOUND (B) SHOULD BE PREFERABLY USED IN A QUANTITY OF 5X10 {SUP, -8} -8X10 {SUP, -7} MOLES PER AROMATIC DIHYDROXIDE COMPOUND.
