Compounds derived from chromene of general formula (I) where R represents hydrogen, CHO, CH sub, 2 OR sub, 2, or COOH; R sub, 1 means hydrogen or CH sub, 2 OH; and R sub, 2 means alkyl whose carbon number is between 1 and 4, inclusive, with the proviso that a substituent chosen from R and R sub, 1 must be hydrogen, as well as their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The process for their preparation and the pharmaceutical compositions that contain them are also described. These compounds are new and have application in the treatment of psychosis, schizophrenia and allergy. |
