PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR THE POLYMER FILAMENT SPINNING ALLOWS THE OBTAINING OF SKIN NUCLEUS FILAMENT STRUCTURES BY FEEDING A POLYMER COMPOSITION TO A SPINDER AT A SUFFICIENT FLOW PROPORTION TO OBTAIN A SPEED OF A THREAD TO 200 MINUTES OF THE SPINNER; HEATING THE POLYMER COMPOSITION TO A PLACE IN OR ADJACENT TO THE SPINDER TO HEAT THE POLYMER COMPOSITION TO A SUFFICIENT TEMPERATURE TO OBTAIN THE SKIN NUCLEUS FILAMENT STRUCTURE IN COOLING IN AN OXIDATIVE ATMOSPHERE; EXPULSING THE POLYMER COMPOSITION HEATED THROUGH THE SPINDER AT A SPINDING SPEED OF ABOVE 10 TO 200 METERS PER MINUTE TO FORM THE FUNDED FILAMENTS; AND COOL THE FOUNDED FILAMENTS IN AN OXIDATIVE ATMOSPHERE TO EFFECT THE DEGRADATION OF THE EXCISION OF THE OXIDATIVE CHAIN OF AT LEAST ONE SURFACE OF THE FOUNDED FILAMENTS TO OBTAIN THE FILAMENTS THAT HAVE A SKIN NUCLEUS STRUCTURE. |
