THE CATALYST SYSTEM INCLUDES A NEW GENERATION OF TITANIUM CATALYZERS TOGETHER WITH AN ELECTRONIC DONOR DESCRIBED BY THE FORMULA: WHERE R1 IS AN ALKYL OR CYCLOALKYL GROUP CONTAINING A PRIMARY OR SECONDARY CARBON ATOM OF SILICON ATOM; R2 AND R3 ARE ALKYL OR ARYL GROUPS; AND R4 IS AN ALKYL OR CYCLOALKYL GROUP WITH A PRIMARY OR SECONDARY CARBON ATOM ATTACHED TO THE SILICON ATOM. THE SYSTEM HAS A CATALYST PERFORMANCE GREATER THAN 30 KG / G-CAT (PER) H ACCORDING TO THE VARIABLE MOLAR YES / TI RATIO OF 4 TO 20 IN THE SYSTEM. THE SYSTEM EASILY ACHIEVES YIELDS OVER 30 KG / G-CAT (POR) H. THE SYSTEM ALSO PRESENTS GOOD CONTROL OVER XYLENE SOLUBLES IN POLYMERIC PRODUCTS.
