abstract |
A PROCESS IS DESCRIBED FOR OBTAINING POLYESTER ITEMS, INCLUDING FOAM ITEMS, CONTAINING LOW LEVELS OF EXTRAIBLE DERIVATIVE AGENT. THE PROCESS INCLUDES: (1) FORM A FIXED MIXTING UNDERSTANDING (I) AN AMOUNT MORE THAN A FIRST COMPOSITION OF RESIN UNDERSTANDING POLYESTER AND OR UP TO 1% WEIGHT OF A COMPONENT ABLE TO DERIVE THE POLYESTER, AND (II) A LOWER AMOUNT OF A SECOND COMPOSITION OF POLYESTER RESIN UNDERSTANDING AT LEAST ON 50% OF WEIGHT OF POLYESTER RESIN AND MORE THAN 2% OF WEIGHT OF A COMPONENT ABLE TO DERIVE THE POLYESTER, WHERE THE RELATED AMOUNTS OF (I) AND (II ) THEY ARE SUCH THAT SUCH MIXED MIXTURE INCLUDES FROM OVER 0.1% WEIGHT TO 1% WEIGHT OF SUCH DERIVING COMPONENT; (2) ADD A FUSION AGENT TO THE FOUNDED MIX; AND (3) EXTRACT THE RESULTING MIXTURE TO OBTAIN A FOAM. THE INVENTION IS ALSO ADDRESSED TO THE SECOND COMPOSITION USED IN THE PREVIOUS PROCESS, AND THE FOAMED POLYESTER ARTICLES OBTAINED BY APPLICATION OF THE METHOD. |
